With the main objective of creating employment for the differently-abled, skill training is provided to make these differently-abled people employable. We train new comers for a period of 12 months and then they are put on different projects undertaken by NADE on a salary based on production. For the first 12 months when they undergo training, they are paid a stipend and the funds collected from this donation will be used to cover the training expenses that include their stipend, trainer`s salary, training materials etc. This donation would help a differently-abled person to acquire skills that would make them independent in many ways. Salary to trainers – Rs. 1,87,000 Stipend to disabled trainees – Rs. 97,500 Purchase of raw materials for training purpose – Rs. 500 Rent for place – Rs. 350 (Rs. 50 each for 7 rooms in the premises of a BMC School) Electricity charges – Rs. 7,000 Telephone & communications – Rs. 1,000 Printing & stationery – Rs. 500 Conveyance – Rs. 500 Repairs & maintenance of machines & equipments – Rs. 500 Administrative expenses – Rs. 5,150 Total cost – Rs. 3,00,000 p.m. for 100 people Cost per person – Rs. 3,000 p.m.
